How to choose fresh cabbage

You should choose to buy mustard plants that are light green at the top and gradually bright white from the stem to the base, have bright colors, the cabbage leaves are intact, and the size of the cabbage is not too large.
Do not choose to buy dark green cabbage, because it is usually old cabbage, not sweet and crunchy.
Avoid buying crushed, wilted or strange-smelling cabbage. Because they may have been left for a long time and are not fresh.
