Cinnamon Cream Cheese Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

- 350 g Sweet potato powder
- ½ cups Brown sugar
- ¼ cups White sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 250 gram Cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essential oil
- 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1 pinch of ground ginger, salt to taste
- 1 piece Wrapper
- ½ cups Dessert sauce
Instructions
- Make the cheese melt: Put the cheese in a bowl and place it in the oven at about 180℃ degrees, Maybe you have a better way to melt cheese than I do
- Mix cheese, sweet potatoes, sugar: Once melted, use an electric mixer to mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweet potatoes, brown sugar and white sugar and beat until smooth.
- Mix other ingredients: In another bowl, add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt, then add eggs and beat well, add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pie crust: – Pour 1/3 of the sweet potato, cheese, and sugar mixture into the crust you prepared in advance. – Take 1/3 of the mixture and spread it around the bowl. – Next pour all the other ingredients into the crust. – Finally, pour 1/3 of the remaining sweet potato, cheese, and sugar mixture into the crust.
- Bake: Gently place the cake in the oven tray, start baking at normal temperature until the middle of the cake is firm, this process takes about 30-45 minutes. Although the cake may wobble a little, it's okay. After baking, cool the cake by placing it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours
- How to eat the cake: After the cake cools completely, cut the cake into pieces. For each serving, you can add whipped cream or top with dessert sauce, such as caramel or butterscotch, if desired.
