  • 150 gram Ground meat
  • 30 gram Wood ear mushrooms
  • 50 gram Vermicelli
  • Chives leaves, Olive oil

  • Prepare a bowl of olive oil, open the dumpling wrappers, take each piece and dip it into the bowl of olive oil and then stack them on top of each other.
  • Use your hand until the dumpling wrappers expands to a larger size.
  • Prepare a pot of boiling water, steam the dumpling shells for about 8 minutes, then remove to a plate to cool.

Make the filling, everything inside the spring roll

  • We need to crack the egg and fry it, then chop it into small pieces. Many people choose to do this by breaking eggs and mixing them into a mixture of wood ear mushrooms and minced meat, then stir well. This method is quick and convenient, but when frying spring rolls, the eggs will expand and the meat inside will not be cooked.
  • Soak wood ear mushrooms and vermicelli in warm water to soften them and chop them as finely as possible
