- Chives leaves, Olive oil

Instructions
Make the dumpling wrappers soft and expand
- Prepare a bowl of olive oil, open the dumpling wrappers, take each piece and dip it into the bowl of olive oil and then stack them on top of each other.
- Use your hand until the dumpling wrappers expands to a larger size.
- Prepare a pot of boiling water, steam the dumpling shells for about 8 minutes, then remove to a plate to cool.
Make the filling, everything inside the spring roll
- We need to crack the egg and fry it, then chop it into small pieces. Many people choose to do this by breaking eggs and mixing them into a mixture of wood ear mushrooms and minced meat, then stir well.
