- 600 ml Filtered water
- ⅓ cup Tamarind juice
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Slat
- 2 tablespoons Vegetarian seasoning powder
- 4 leaves Lemon
- 100 gram Lotus rootlet is the youngest part of the lotus leaf stem, located close to the base of the lotus plant. Lotus rootlet It is milky white in color, crispy, and feels cool to the touch.

- Prepare ingredients:– Lotus root: Wash, peel, cut into small slices, put in a bowl of diluted salt water, wash off the pus, then take out and drain.– Mushrooms: Cut off the legs, then wash– Galangal: Peel, wash, cut into thin slices.Tomatoes: Wash, cut into small piecesOther ingredients: Please wash them to ensure food safety.
